What’s Banned?
The legislation prohibits the sale, supply, and distribution of single-use (disposable) vape products across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. This includes all devices that cannot be refilled or reused.
Retailers who continue to stock or sell disposable vapes after June 6th may face fines, product seizures, and potential closure.
